Diane and I and our two young children, Heather (age 4) and Jeff (age 2), moved to Omaha from New Jersey in 1987. Diane and I are originally from the Midwest and wanted to be closer to relatives as our children grew up. When we moved to Omaha, we joined Mount View Presbyterian Church, which was near our home.

In 1996 we joined Presbyterian Church of the Master as we wanted a church with more younger families and more children for Heather and Jeff to interact with and relate to. Heather and Jeff were able to become active in church activities with lots of kids of their own ages. Heather was married in PCM in 2006. Both Heather and Jeff have since moved on with their lives but Diane and I have remained active members of PCM.

We have now been members of PCM for approximately 30 years. We have developed many relationships with other church members during that time. PCM is our home and would like it to remain that way for the remainder of our lives. As such, it is very important to us that PCM remain financially strong going forward. That includes paying off our building remodeling loan, though costly, was necessary to update PCM and make it more attractive to new prospective members. That is why Diane and I will make a pledge to help pay down our building loan debt.
